What We Do
Our Strata Management division provides expert advice allowing Strata Committees to make informed, effective decisions. Your Strata Manager will then expedite the Strata owners' decisions in an effective and financially responsible manner. We have developed a preferred list of reliable sub-trades and workmen, who provide quality service, at reasonable prices for all our clients. Essentially you make the decision on what needs to be done and then we take care of everything for you.
Our financial reporting provides easy to understand, accurate monthly statements. We appreciate that most owners are not accountants so we use standard accounting principles (QuickBooks software) presented in easy to understand financial reports.

Strata Communication
Telephone calls and written communications responded to in a professional and timely manner. Professional advice provided, aimed at assisting Executive Committees and Owners in the smooth operation of the Owner's Corporation.
Strata Committee Meetings
Organization of General Meetings and Committee Meetings.
Attendance at these meetings (may vary according to agreements);
Preparation and distribution of Agenda and Minutes as required by the Cayman Islands Strata Law
Financial Records and Reports
Strata Funds are held in separate escrow accounts.
Distribution of Maintenance Fee invoices, collection of all fees and follow up of any outstanding balances owed.
Monthly financial reporting and operations reports provided to Executive Committee to assist them with decision making and monitoring of the Corporation.
Assist in preparation of draft budget for consideration by Executive Committee to present at the AGM.
