The Real Estate Company offers full service property management. Our property manager, Michelle A. Bush, has 20 years experience and brings much more to the table. Michelle is Caymanian/American and is well known and respected on the island. She was educated in the Cayman Islands and the United States and has studied real estate in California (we all know how strict things are out there!). She is the most detailed oriented person we have seen and we love her for it! Go Michelle!
Michelle was the on-site Property Manager for Dolphin Point Condominiums in West Bay and is the current manager for Ambassador Inn apartments in South Sound. She has an excellent list of service people that charge reasonable rates and provide quality work. They like her, so they always make sure her projects get finished! Michelle is a strict "no-nonsense" manager who makes sure things are done properly and does not have any qualms about taking appropriate action when needed.
Management services include collecting rent on time, taking care of repairs when the need arises in a timely and cost efficient manner, providing detailed monthly statements with copies of receipts, making timely deposits to your bank account, dealing with all tenant inquiries, paying Strata fees and other bills you may have associated with your unit, and conducting periodic inspections to assure the Tenant is properly maintaining the property.
